2) The Shame of Past Failures
Your past does not equal your future.
Forgive yourself and move forward positively.
Make a decision about what you want and then pursue it passionately.
Don’t get paralyzed from fear of making a choice.
4) Procrastinating
To reach your personal goals, you must accept the responsibility to change
current circumstances now.
Take one step in a new direction – eventually you will be walking toward your goal!
5) Doing Nothing
You get to choose how to live your life – Don’t sit back and wait for things to happen!
Every day is a new chance to choose to live life to the fullest.
Aim for success, but know you may not always be perfect.
Being wrong gives you the ability to learn from your mistakes and
make chances for a different outcome next time.
7) Overlooking the Positive Aspects
Be thankful for the good things in your life.
Make a list of your good qualities and attributes and review regularly – appreciate the qualities other people see in you!
Face a problem by communicating effectively: listen, paraphrase, clarify,
and respond.
Difficult situations and circumstances don’t go away by ignoring the
problem.
9) Making Excuses
You don’t want to hear excuses… neither does anyone else!
Make a plan and stick with it – be on time, thorough, and dedicated to the
plan. Make decisions and be confident with you choice.
Too often we try to accomplish something big without realizing that the best
things in life are made up of all the little things.
Live in the present instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.
Life is happening NOW :)
